The START Rescue-EMS Solutions Corp. started as a freelance business on December 9, 2011 whose primary business is security training and Team Building. A year after additional training program in Emergency Medical Services and search and rescue started. The START programs in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Rescue training follows TESDA regulation and international training guidelines and protocols.

Community Health Education Emergency Rescue Services (CHEERS) is a private, registered corporation conceptualized and organized by the triumvirate of three healthcare professionals, Alvin Montano, Sandy Montano and Ahed Al Najjar who have seen the pressing need for quality and innovative community health and safety education, emergency and rescue services in the Philippines.

CHEERS is an American Heart Association (AHA) International Training Center, an independent American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) authorized Training Center and an Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI) Educational Center in the Philippines to conduct CPR and ECC Courses for healthcare providers and lay rescuers.

Southwestern Action For Emergencies (SAFE) is a Volunteer Organization dedicated to empowering the community in times of emergencies and disasters, participate in the conduct of trainings for the public’s awareness and skill acquisition relevant to health emergencies and disaster management; development of relationships with other EMS providers and Health Care providers to assure continuity of care for individuals, families, and the community; ensure that the community's emergency medical health needs are met, through quality assurance programs for EMTs, rapid response, skill mastery, fast and pertinent relaying of information, and accurate documentation; evaluate, on a continuous basis, the changing EMS system and the community's appropriate role in terms of quality, cost, and access.


SAFE is an accredited Non - Government Organization of the City of Zamboanga and is the Auxiliary of the City Health Office for its Emergency Medical Services. We are an accredited training center under AREMT and SEAPHECC. We are also an authorized International Training Center under the American Heart Association.
